We will take your change of address over the phone or by letter of instruction/address change form if you’re authorized on the contract and can pass security. If this is a joint-owned policy, we must have both of you on the phone for security clearance, or the letter of instruction must include both signations. After security is set, a POA, trustee, agent, or assistant can make these changes over the phone.
If the change of name or address request comes from an internal representation that has set security on their end, we can also authorize the address change.
For a name change, this must be done in writing. We are unable to authorize name changes over the phone at this time.
Username: Your username will typically be the email address you used to set up your account. If you’re having trouble logging in, please call 800-374-3714 or email [email protected].
Password: The best way to reset your password is to either call us at 800-374-3714 or email [email protected]
There are multiple reasons why your username/password combination isn’t being recognized. The most common is that the username/password combination is incorrect or your account is inactive.
If your login button appears grey, try a different browser or clear your cache to remove passwords and browser history.

Your username can be retrieved at any point in time by calling our call center or by emailing [email protected]
Once your policy becomes active, you will receive a letter with instructions on registering. The letter will include a 12-digit key which you will need to create the account. Follow the prompts to activate your account.
Agents and agent assistants must submit a request with the following information (listed below) to [email protected], allowing the portal access inbox to confirm the requestor’s identity and set security.

- ROLE: (SELECT ONE) Asst / Producer / Back Office (If this is an asset/back office, we will need to know the rep name it’s being associated with and the last 4 of the SSN / Firm of that rep)

Notifications of death can be submitted via email to [email protected] or by calling 800-374-3714 and submitting a Notice of Default (NOD).
Once we receive the information, it will be sent to the death claims teams, who will send a packet to the address on file.
