Retirement Stages Select® allows you to allocate your money in one or a combination of index strategies and crediting options. Or you could choose a balanced and diversified multi-strategy Precision Portfolios.
Opportunity meets protection
Allocate to one or a combination of strategies that offers the potential to grow based on the performance of the chosen indices, measured from the beginning to the end of the 1-year term. When the index rises, the account is credited with interest, a portion of the gain. If the chosen index falls, no interest is received, but there is no loss to the principal, which has been “locked in” and protected.
Options to access money
Sometimes, it’s necessary to access money. Retirement Stages Select® offers options that allow withdrawals from the account value. After the first year, up to 10% of the last contract anniversary value, or a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD), is free of surrender charges. There is also the flexibility to withdraw more than the free amount, but surrender charges may apply.
