In high school, Wes was honored to be a two-time Indiana All-State golfer, an experience that shaped his approach to both life and business, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Outside of work, he's a proud husband to my amazing wife and the father of five wonderful children. Wes is also a passionate NCAA basketball fan and enjoy various outdoor activities, including golfing, basketball, fishing, hunting, and skiing.
